With the arrival of spring, this tropical inspired smoothie bowl is the perfect welcome to warmer days. Packed with ingredients that taste like paradise, this smoothie bowl will have you transported to island time! 

Creamy, delicious, and filled with ingredients like coconut and mango, this smoothie bowl is the perfect breakfast to start your day. Top it with your favorite fruits, nuts, and/or granola for a refreshing, filling meal. 

Warmer weather means it’s finally time to start enjoying one of my favorite 5 minute breakfasts: smoothie bowls! With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a nourishing breakfast, lunch, or snack that will please just about everyone (even kids!). 

To make this smoothie bowl you just need a bit of plant-based milk, frozen banana, frozen mango, coconut cream, and of course Açaí.

Plant-Based Milk

A little bit of plant-based milk goes a long way in this smoothie bowl! To get the perfectly creamy texture, start by adding a few tablespoons and gradually increasing until you reach your desired consistency.  

Frozen Banana

The base of this smoothie bowl is made from  SAMBAZON Açaí Superfruit along with frozen bananas. Using frozen banana helps provide a thick, creamy texture that creates the perfect base. Bananas are also a great source of potassium, antioxidants, and fiber. 

Coconut Cream

A bit of coconut cream lends this smoothie bowl that delicious, tropical flavor that makes you feel like you’re on a beach. Not to mention it’s also deliciously creamy and packed with healthy fats. Plus, it helps the frozen fruit blend without having to add too much additional liquid.  

Frozen Mango

Mango is the perfect addition to this bowl with a creamy, floral taste. As a source of magnesium and vitamins A and C, mangoes may aid the immune system and digestive system. Don’t have mangoes? You can also substitute peaches or pineapple to still achieve the tropical flavor.

Ingredients

SAMBAZON Original Blend Açaí Superfruit Pack  

1 frozen banana 

½ cup frozen mango 

2 tablespoons coconut cream 

¼ cup plant milk  

Optional toppings: banana, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, granola 

Preparation

1. In a high speed blender or food processor add the SAMBAZON Açaí Superfruit Pack, banana, mango, coconut cream, and plant milk. Blend until smooth, adding additional milk as necessary.

2. Pour into a bowl and smooth the top.

3. To the top add sliced banana, granola, shredded coconut, and hemp seeds.

4. Enjoy!
